The Service generates artistic baby images based on ultrasound inputs and user preferences.
- Entertainment only: Results are artistic interpretations.

- No guarantee: Resemblance and outcome are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements

3. User Obligations
- Upload only content you have legal rights to use
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
- Do not use generated content for fraud or unlawful activity
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of uploaded ultrasound images. You grant us a limited license to process and store them solely to deliver the Service.
Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Payment and Pricing
The Service is offered as a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full card details.
6. Refund Requests
For purchases made on imaginemybaby.com, contact us at hello@imaginemybaby.com or reply to your receipt email to request a refund review. If a website refund is approved, it is processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
Purchases made in the iPhone app are billed by Apple. Refund requests for those purchases must be submitted through Apple's refund channel. Submitting a request does not guarantee eligibility, approval, timing, or outcome. Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable law.
7. Data Retention and Access
Uploaded ultrasound images and generated media remain stored with the related order or gallery. They do not currently expire automatically.

8. Disclaimer and Liability Limits
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE ORDER.
9. AI Disclosure
Content is generated through automated AI processes and may include inaccuracies, artifacts, or bias.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or legal risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Portugal, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
