Which ultrasound scans work best?

3D and 4D scans work best, because they already show the shape of your baby’s face. A standard 2D scan can still work, but the result is more of an interpretation. Clear, well-lit photos of the printout — or the original digital file — give the best portraits.

How long does it take?

Your free preview is usually ready in under a minute. A full reveal pack takes a few minutes more, and we let you know the moment it’s ready.

What do I get in a reveal pack?

Your clean hero portrait without a watermark, 6 more portraits in the same style, and 3 ready-to-share keepsakes. Every pack also includes 3 personal refinements.

It doesn’t look like I hoped. Can you redo it?

Yes. Every reveal pack includes 3 refinements. Tell us what to change and we regenerate the portrait — no extra charge.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every purchase is one-time. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews.

How do I restore a purchase on iPhone?

Open the purchase screen in the app and tap "Restore purchases". If your packs still don’t appear, email us and we’ll sort it out.

What happens to my ultrasound?

Your scan is processed to create your portraits and is not stored afterwards. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Is this medical?

No. ImagineMyBaby is an artistic keepsake. The portraits are an AI interpretation of your scan — not a prediction, not a diagnosis, and not medical advice. Always talk to your doctor or sonographer about anything health-related.

Can I get a refund?

Email us at [email protected] and tell us what went wrong. Purchases made in the iPhone app are billed by Apple, so refunds for those are handled through Apple — we’ll point you the right way and help however we can.
